- Upload or distribute any files that contain viruses, corrupted files,
or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation
of another's computer.
- Use any device, software or routine to attempt to interfere with

| Termination of Membership |

time without prior notice if you have breached any section of these terms

will also be deleted immediately.
- You acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund of
any fees paid to Trade Linkup.
- Trade Linkup shall not be liable to you or any third party for termination
of your Membership in accordance with these terms and conditions.
- Trade Linkup has the right to suspend or terminate if a user fails
to sign-in to Trade Linkup Service for an extended period of time.
